I take a small number of engagements alongside my day job — usually where a team knows something is wrong with how work is scoped or handed over, but cannot name it yet. If you want a vendor to write code, I am the wrong person.

A standing call with a lead or founder on delivery, scoping, and the decisions between the two. Notes after every session so the thinking outlives the call.
Two slots · monthly retainer
Review
Delivery review
Two weeks reading your documents, sitting in your rituals, and talking to your team. Ends with a written assessment of where the work is actually losing time.
Fixed fee · two weeks
Workshop
Team workshop
Half a day on scoping and estimation with your own in-flight project as the material. Nobody leaves with a template; everyone leaves with a decision.

How it starts
Email me with two paragraphs: what is happening, and what you have already tried. I reply within a few days, and I will say no clearly if it is not a fit. First call is thirty minutes and costs nothing.
Availability
One review and one advisory slot open from October 2026. Workshops can usually be scheduled sooner.
